*Consumer Comment: MORE PROOF OF JACQUELINE YORKE's DECEPTION
False allegations sound believable and credible, until one looks at the evidence.
JUST THE FACTS, MA'AM!!!
Unlike Lynne’s ex-partner...Jacquie Yorke, we will leave out speculation, opinion and outright lies. We will not use sensational psycho-babble or half-truths wrapped in spin. In Ms. Yorke's many dissertations, Lynne is guilty of everything from theft, misconduct, animal endangerment, misuse of corporate funds, and the list continues to grow as time goes on.
To be fair, here is the link to her version of the story:
NOW TO THE TRUTH & PROOF!
NOW TO THE TRUTH & PROOF!
Allegation 1:
"THEFT, FRAUD, LIES & DECEPTION OUR PROPERTY WAS STOLEN! WE WERE NOT "REMOVED" AS REPORTED BY OODLES OF DOODLES & LYNNE FOWLER
In May of 2010, the original DRC website and URLs doodlerescuecollective.com anddoodlerescuecollective.org were stolen from the Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. organization. The individual responsible for this theft is Lynne M. Fowler."
"Our Founder & President and other DRC founding Board members spent over 16 months
creating, building and optimizing our original website for Google and other web based search engines."
Evidence: This website and it's URLs were purchased in January 2009 by Lynne Fowler, NOT by
the Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc., NOT Jacquie Yorke. THERE WAS NO DOODLE RESCUE COLLECTIVE, INC. in January 2009. In fact, there was no Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc. until December, 2009.

Allegation 2:
"Lynne Fowler
is a former DRC Board member and former DRC Treasurer LEGALLY REMOVED from our organization by unanimous vote of our Board of Directors in May 2010. Lynne Fowler was removed for theft, misconduct, animal endangerment, misuse of
corporate funds and the theft and disabling of the original DRC website and URLs."
"Lynne Fowler is NOT as she claims, "the founder" or "the creator" of the "Doodle Rescue Collective" organization, nor is she a "former partner" of our President as DRC was co-founded by several other individuals. The DRC organization is as it has always been from the beginning, a collective of volunteers with a diverse Board of Directors in place to ensure that our national, non-profit rescue organization operates in accordance with the laws of the Internal Revenue Service of the United States as stipulated under 501(c)(3) of the federal code. There can be no "partners" in a Board directed not for profit corporation as no one individual can claim ownership of an exempt organization."
Evidence:
Lynne was the founder and creator of the original listing pages on another Doodle forum. In fact, the roots of "Rescued Doodles" can still be found on Doodle World:http://doodleworld.ning.com/group/rescueddoodles
Look through the pages and notice the dates. The oldest discussion dates to July 2008:
Lynne met Jacquie Yorke in September or October of 2008 and the three of them, with Karen Shoulder, began a friendship based on their love of Doodles and the importance of rescuing them from death in a shelter. After a conversation about how you cannot find Doodles in shelters, we started looking for them on Petfinder and listing them in a discussion page, so others could see there were Doodles in shelters.
They called this listing "Doodles in Need" and after a couple months, it became apparent this "listing service" needed a place of its own. That's when Lynne started The Doodle Rescue and Resource Collective. At no time was Lynne anything but partner, founder and friend...until April, 2010 to today.
They began actual rescuing in June, 2009 with Finnegan as their first rescue. Lynne fostered Finny and found him the most wonderful and loving home. Lynne fostered about 10 more dogs between June and the time she resigned from the DRC.
They incorporated the rescue on December 1, 2009. Before this time, they operated out of Lynne’s personal checking account and Paypal Account. Making ALL transactions, bank statements, receipts, actions, rescues, decisions, profits and losses, LYNNE’S. Not Doodle Rescue Collective's, NOT Jacquie Yorke's. This is what Lynne was instructed by her attorney. All papers/forms/items, belonging to the rescue, created after December 1, 2009, were returned to the DRC as advised by her attorney, at the time of her resignation (May 2010).
From the DRC Narrative for 501(c)(3):
Note Lynne is listed as Vice-President, Assistant Director, Co-Founder, Treasurer, and Trustee on the application narrative. This application was created by Ms. Yorke and Lynne in December, 2009.
Doodle World doodleworld.ning.com
A place to connect with goldendoodle, labradoodle, aussiedoodle and other doodle dog parents & friends.
Allegation 3:
"Ms Fowler refuses to comply with various legal orders and missives and continues to defy the law and the legal advice of even her own attorney to return our stolen intellectual property to the Doodle Rescue Collective corporation and organization and cease and desist with its illegal use."
"Lynne Fowler is facing additional legal action and criminal charges for theft, animal endangerment and consumer fraud from individual adopters and reputable animal welfare organizations other than Doodle Rescue Collective."
"Please be advised Ms. Fowler's solicitation of funds with a stolen identity is prosecutable THEFT & FRAUD that violates multiple state and federal criminal codes and statues. Legal action on behalf of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is pending and federal authorities and agencies are investigating Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles."
Truth:
Lynne has NOT received ANY Cease and Desist Letter from ANY attorney on behalf of DRC or any entity connected to DRC, NO legal inquiries or criminal charges from ANY entity, NO hand slapping from Petfinder or Adopt-a-Pet and NOTHING to indicate that ANY of Ms. Yorke's allegations are true or being investigated in any way. All is a blatant lie.
Lynne applied for her incorporation in November, 2010 from the state of NJ. And her 501(c)(3) in March 2012 and received her determination letter May 1, 2012.
About Lynne’s Resignation:
"Ms. Fowler was offered the opportunity to "resign" in lieu of further legal action against her in order to spare her unnecessary embarrassment...... She refused to resign....Only upon hearing several hours later that she was invited to attend an emergency Board meeting addressing her misconduct with all 9 Board members and DRC attorneys present, did Lynne Fowler correspond via email that she would "step down."'
Truth:
Lynne had sent a message after one of those arguments that she would step down due to the fact that she no longer trusted Jacquie, dated April 29, 2010.
From: Lynne Fowler <lynne_fowler>Subject: Re: Labradoodle in PATo: "Jacqueline Yorke" <jacaloo2>Date: Thursday, April 29, 2010, 4:01 PM</jacaloo2></lynne_fowler>
I guess you have misunderstood my last email. I am stepping down.
After several more arguments between Jacquie and Lynne, Lynne woke up to a message that their joint bank account had been cleared out. That is when she shut down the website.

In fact, the DRC did not incorporate in the state of NJ until December, 2009 or apply for 501(c)(3) until January 2010.

Rebuttal to Latest DRC Slander
Dear Rescue Associates:
I am sad to, once again, have to tell you that the barrage of slanderous charges directed at me and our rescue, Oodles of Doodles, Inc., by my former rescue and partner, Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc. / Jacquie Yorke, President, still continues. It has been almost two years since I resigned from the rescue I founded with her, yet she persists in making false claims, leveling fictional charges and creating damaging reports about us and our rescue endeavors.
I am a mother, a wife and employed teacher and I created the Doodle Rescue & Resource Collective in January, 2009 to address a problem of Labradoodles and Goldendoodles in rescue situations to list and show people that a BYB or Breeder charging thousands of dollars for this “Designer Breed,” was not the only avenue to obtain one. I started this listing service on the Social Forum: Doodle Kisses in 2008 and moved to my own website http://doodlerescuecollective.com/ on January 19, 2009. I purchased the urls associated with this website and any claims by my former partner are completely fictitious. This information is public knowledge and can be easily searched on Google as to who owns a url. It is registered with GoDaddy. We, as Doodle Rescue Collective, did not start doing actual rescuing until June, 2009, we did not incorporate in the state of NJ until December, 2009 and operated out of MY personal bank account and Paypal account until December, 2009 when we switched over to a joint account. TOGETHER, Ms. Yorke and I worked an entire week to prepare our 501(c)3 paperwork, which was paid for by a donation from one of our friends and, at the time, FL Director. Claims by Ms. Yorke that I was somehow not involved or marginally involved are a further indication of her delirium.
ALL claims that Lynne “stole” anything are complete fabrications, as are her newest declarations of embezzlement, fraud and animal brokering. Every word from the Doodle Rescue Collective camp toward me or our rescue, Oodles of Doodles, Inc., is false and slanderous and while I do have a legal case, I refuse to spend our rescue funds with the nonsense put forth by this bitter woman. Despite claims that the IRS, FBI, Consumer Affairs or anyone else is looking into my fraud and deception, is more lies. NOT ONE legal entity has contacted me in the two years I have been accused by her except for her friend and Trustee at Large, Jodi Goldberg of All Things Pawssible Rescue of Downingtown, PA. Her claim that I stole a dog, that was delivered to my home by a puppymill rescue, including all paperwork and approval to adopt him out of my rescue, is also a complete altering of the truth to suit their needs and despite them using their rescue money to come after me, the motion to extort payment from me was “denied” by the court.Lynne was ordered to reveal the name of the adopter, which I did and when they could not get her to further charge me with whatever they could make up, they decided to slander me all over Facebook and send their nasty grams to shelters and rescues I have associations with. Ms. Goldberg adopted two dogs to me, personally in 2006 and 2007 and all claims of ignorance of me is fabricated.
Jacqueline Yorke is an actress and wedding singer, who is presenting herself to the rescue community as a seasoned rescue authority. She is the fraud and liar and the proof is in her own words and writings. She offers not one iota of PROOF, yet laboriously describes my supposed sins and faults as though it were documented. What proof she does give, my resignation letter for example, is a clear resignation from the rescue I helped found. Yet, she claims I was “removed” by consensus. Why then does it not say so? She claims I changed passwords and locked her out of MY website, this was after she emptied out our joint bank account and as my lawyer, and I am sure hers has told her, the website was and is my property until such time as I either sell it or stop paying for it, it will continue to be.
Oodles of Doodles, Inc. is a legal non-profit entity in the state of NJ and hopefully someday we will file our 501(c)3, however we still have time before we are legally required to do so. We became incorporated in November, 2010 and have rescued, transported, vetted, fostered and loved over 160 dogs in that time. Most, we have found loving adoptive homes for and we continue to be in contact and watch as our rescue pups learn to love and trust in their Forever Homes. Three dogs
have needed to be returned for various reasons and we have taken them back, as we always will.
I am not sure what transpired with the latest issue in Texas, which is plastered all over their website, Facebook and Petfinder ads. Petfinder has been notified. In speaking with the rehomer, she has assured me that she has never heard of Doodle Rescue Collective and had no knowledge that there was a problem with Leila, who was adopted months ago. Emails and calls to the adopter have gone unanswered. She was sent our contract to use and the adopter signed it. Further legal action may be forthcoming. However, Oodles of Doodles Rescue did not solicit a Rehome Fee, nor did we twist any arms to get one. We ask for a donation and sometimes get one and sometimes do not. The allegation of “brokering” animals is further proof of Ms. Yorke’s delirium.
We, at Oodles of Doodles, Inc., are very proud of what we are building and will not address her claims in public or get into a she said, she said match of school-girl bickering but if you have received one of these letters, or saw the latest “Fraud Alert” posted on the DRC website or on Facebook, let this serve as our rebuttal. We will be more than willing to let anyone see the mounds of emails from before, during and after the creation of the DRC; the financial records of the DRC before and during the time I was Vice President and Treasurer including the bank statements and whose name it was all in; the emails surrounding my resignation and closing of the website; the web of slander that began right after I threw her off my website, almost two years ago and that continues to this day; the many letters received from deceived fosters, rescues and shelters she has lied to, stole from, used their 501c3 to pull dogs for her own rescue, or offered to do home visits for then adopted one of her dogs to the adopter; or any other PROOF I have that will get her to leave me and my rescue alone. I almost hope the IRS, FBI and lawyers do come looking for me as I sure have a lot to show them.
In closing, I apologize for being the catalyst for bringing Jacquie Yorke, DRC President; Liz Syring, DRC VP #2, Jeannine Smith, DRC VP #3, Adrianne Matzkin, DRC Secretary #2; Ricky Johnson, alias FB account of Jacquie York; Jodi Goldberg, ATPAR President and Trustee at Large (whatever that is), or any of her few remaining cohorts to your door and with my name attached. I assure you that not one iota of her ramblings are true and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Hi K—–,
I hope your remember me from working with me last year with Sir Squeaks Alot aka Milo.
The reason for my email is to make sure there is no confusion between Lynne Fowler AKA “Oodles of Doodles” and Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. There is quite a bit of history between her and Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc that needs to be shared in order to avoid further confusion and to quite frankly keep Lynne Fowler from being able to pull dogs for her mock “rescue”. Dogs she truly has no resources to care for. First Lynne Fowler was once a member of our organization until she embezzled a few thousand dollars, went behind our backs and stole our original website, URLs and other intellectual property. She was legally removed from the DRC organization in May 2010 but continues to use our stolen URLs our name and other DRC intellectual property to purposely confuse people and divert dogs and donation monies to her fraudulent non-profit and mock rescue. This whole situation was brought to my attention because I saw the doodle listed in one of your photo albums that is going to Lynne Fowler at Oodles of Doodles. And I also saw your comment on the photo about Ricky Johnson and deleting his comment. Please forgive Ricky, he can be quite passionate about his support of the Original Doodle Rescue Collective and our founder Jacqueline Yorke. You mentioned in your comment that you have been working with Oodles of Doodles for years. That is quite impossible as Oodles of Doodles is not even in existence an entire year, has less than that in rescue experience and they do not hold a 501c3. That all being said, I am almost positive you are confusing Doodle Rescue Collective with Oodles of Doodles.
We have recently started posting information about Lynne Fowler because honestly we have had it with her using our name to facilitate her rescue. She was a former board member of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc that was removed by the board for conduct unbecoming of a board officer (theft, etc). She stole our URL and website in the middle of the night while the rest of the board was sleeping. We have miles and miles of information about Lynne Fowler and why she should not be trusted
to rescue animals. She will mislead anyone to believing she is Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc to further her agenda. She continues to use our URL with our registered DBA and likes others to believe she is the actual holder of our 501c3…nothing could be further from the truth. She does not have a 501c3!!
We are working closely with Petfinder to have her removed and to stop using our name. Please read the information that we have posted on our website and I urge you to not use Lynne Fowler or Oodles of Doodles to save any of the doodle dogs that come into Springfield, MO.
Lynne also stole a very sick dog from a rescue in PA, ATPAR…she was sued in court and lost…see
Here is part of our letter sent to Susan Greene at Petfinder.
Last night at 1:00AM
We received an emergency call from one of our veterinary affiliates in Carrolton, Texas that took in an 18 month old Labradoodle surrendered to them due to “bowel obstruction”…
The vet told us by the looks of the X-rays the dog (Leila) must have had this bowel obstruction for weeks! She just went into septic shock last night which is what prompted the “owner” to bring Leila to the vet.
The owner informed the vet that they had just adopted the dog a few weeks ago ” for a $425 adoption fee from a very shady woman and rescue called Oodles of Doodles in New Jersey” ….. When told the cost of the surgery to remove the foreign object, the owner told the vet they could not afford the surgery and told him to euthanize her…..
The vet did not of course and instead obtained a release agreement from the owner along with all of the dogs original paperwork from the original owner in Texas and the bogus Oodles of Doodles paperwork and contacted us immediately…We paid the $1600 for the emergency surgery and the dog is now safe with DRC.
Leila’s O of D PF Listing
We are in the process of gathering all of the paperwork together to forward to you. When contacted this morning, Leila’s original owner stated to us that she was looking for Doodle Rescue Collective when she instead stumbled upon Oodles of Doodles and Lynne Fowler and “was intentionally misled to believe that she was dealing with DRC all along! “ DRC and IDOG both maintain a tremendous presence in the state of Texas and both organizations have literally rescued hundreds of doodles in that region. I assure you that if there is a doodle in need in TX whether in either a shelter or on craigslist, one or both organizations knows about it and acts immediately to ensure the dog’s safety. Both organizations maintain offices, Regional Directors and hundreds of volunteers within the Texas region and when it comes to doodle dogs and poodle mixes, both organizations are counted on for assistance.
Lynne Fowler has ZERO RESOURCES in Texas or any other place for that matter. What she does have is “virtual friendships” with every detestable, disreputable lowlife on Facebook claiming to be involved in animal welfare. What is obviously happening is due to Lynne Fowler’s illegal retention of our stolen URLs, her blatant and intentional use of our name, versions of our name, and intellectual property on Petfinder and on the internet, people are truly believing they are dealing with
Doodle Rescue Collective when they are not….
Clearly, poor Leila is one of the many other O of D casualties we have alerted you to over the last 18 plus months since our website and URLs were stolen by Lynne Fowler. Obviously, Leila was an owner re-home and was adopted to the first schmuck in Texas willing to pay $425 for her and with absolutely no veterinary care or emotional investment of any kind provided by Oodles of Doodles, no home check, no follow up and absolutely NO REGARD for the health and well being of this poor animal.
Please feel free to email or call me at
for any additional information. Please know that we do not like this drama as much as the next, but the time has come for all to know just exactly who they are dealing with in regards to Lynne Fowler.
On a much happier note, I’ve attached a photo of Sir Squeeks Alot aka Milo all grown up! He was one awesome pup (I fostered him) and he was adopted by one of our wonderful volunteers…he is truly living the high life!
Also, we are more than happy to work with Laticia at Halfway Home Rescue to take this doodle into our program. (they should already have our 501c3 paperwork from pulling Milo for us). I have transport and fosters available in Illinois and Indiana.
Thank you so much for all you do for the poor pups who have the misfortune of ending up in the Springfield, MO shelter…my heart just breaks for them all but you do such wonderful work getting them out of there and safe.
Warmly,
Jeannine Smith

Please rein in your “president” and her insistence in slandering, harassing and threatening me with legal action, exposure and whatever else her pea brain cannot get over. I owe you and her nothing. I stole nothing. I have yet to hear from the many, many legal actions, IRS, FBI and whomever else she has threatened me with in the past year and a half and if she does not cease and desist from this course of action I will have no choice but to file harassment and slander charges against
the organization, everyone on the board who continues to support these actions, and everyone she continues to name as her support.
Like it or not, Oodles of Doodles, Inc. Rescue Collective IS a real rescue, incorporated in the State of NJ, and as real as DRC was in it’s first year of operation. Like it or not, I started the original Rescued Doodles on Doodle Kisses in 2008. Like it or not, I bought and paid for the original website url in January, 2009, http://doodlerescuecollective.com/ and http://doodlerescuecollective.org/ and bought and paid for the start up of the rescue that purports itself as beginning in 2008 by Ms. Yorke. Like it or not, my name was on all the incorporating paperwork and the 501c3 application. I resigned in May, 2009 after Ms. Yorke changed passwords and emptied out our joint bank account. It was only then, I pulled my website and kicked the DRC off of it. Frankly, I do not care if any of you believe it or not, do your own research. Since, May 2010, my ex-partner has continued this vendetta and it needs to stop.
As of this writing, I have rescued, vetted and found homes for 41 Kill Shelter Dogs since November, 2010. I have helped 28 families to rehome their dogs, safely and without Craigslist or “Free to a Good Home” ads. If this does not make me a “reputable rescue and Oodles of Doodles a real rescue,” I don’t know what does. I have never used someone else’s 501c3 paperwork, unlike Ms. Yorke has. I pull undermy own name and my own NJ Non-Profit Certificate.
The “dog murderer, Toni Klemko,” runs a wonderful organization, Highway to Heaven Road Warriors and has transported over 20 kill shelter dogs to my rescue and I am proud to be a member of her organization. I would not be surprised if Ms. Klemko, also has a Slander and Harassment suit, as this is the second time Ms. Yorke has slandered her.
The ATPAR lawsuit, was a “frivolous” lawsuit and the fact that there are thousands of dogs dying everyday in kill shelters, proves it. I didn’t fight back, it went to default. I paid the fees, I hope it’s over. If that is the extent of the legal “proof” Ms. Yorke has, she has nothing.
This is not the first time, Ms. Yorke has contacted my rescue partners and friends with this drivel. This is not the first time she has used the DRC, ATPAR and Mainline as her support. I have copies of everything if you would like to see it. I have had enough. Again and for the last time, please reign in your “president” as this has gone on long enough and she is implicating good people in her neurosis.
Message I received from Jacquie Yorke:S, please do not for one instant put that liar, theif and fraud Lynne Fowler in the same category as DRC or any other reputable non-profit rescue organization……Lynne is not a “doodle rescue”….In fact she wouldn’t know a doodle from a doorknob!….It is impossible that Oodles of Doodles is on Miami Dade’s approved list because OofD is NOT a 501(c)(3) recognized non-profit and you must be in order to pull from Miami Dade nor does OofD have any FL Inc. paperwork ….. Lynne Fowler is NOT a reputable rescuer and Oodles of Doodles is not a real rescue. …..She is a pathological liar ,…a fraud and she is lying to you all here on FB…..If she is getting that dog it’s because she is making some virtual FB friend in the Miami area adopt him outright. or she is fraudulently using someone else’s 501(c)(3) paperwork… She will then turn around and put a sick dog with a broken leg that needs immediate care, in quarantine and then on a three day transport to NJ with that dog murderer Toni Klemko! Lynne has NO RESOURCES TO PROVIDE ORTHOPEDIC VETERINARY CARE FOR THAT POOR BOY!…
Lynne has already been sued by another rescue organization for theft and endangerment of an animal and lost! She actually stole a labradoodle with megaesophagus from a reputable rescue organization and adopted him out sick, un-vetted and un-neutered for a $425 adoption fee!…
A court order forced her to return the dog to All Things Pawssible Inc, the dogs legal and rightful owners! Lynne is lying to you all here on FB about that as well calling it a “frivolous lawsuit” ….Trust me Sybil….It was anything BUT frivolous!….Lynne is facing criminal prosecution on state and federal levels ……She is being investigated by the FBI for her theft of DRC’s URLs and our former website!…Tells people on here that she is the Founder of DRC….LIES…….Everything that looser “has” she STOLE from the real and legitimate rescuers!….She is acertifiable psychopath….I am happy to forward all of the legal documentation to you if you provide me with your email address..I will also direct you to Jodi Goldberg, Debbie Sandville from ATPAR and Bill Smith from Mainline Animal Rescue if you would like additional info…..
Please don’t let that wacko have this poor dog! He will not receive the veterinary care he needs and so deserves!
Thank you so much for reading this…Call me if you want more info…

Animal rights activist harassing and threatening Republican Congressional hopeful Ilario
Pantano and family?
April 8, 2011
This is a strange story. It’s the story of the Pantano family, who agreed to foster two rescue puppies from a breeder who couldn’t take care of the very large litter. The Pantano’s decided that they would purchase the puppies for their 2 sons and that’s when the harassment began…
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT
– Republican Congressional Hopeful Ilario Pantano says politics is playing a role in a current issue his family is having with a dog rescue organization out of New Jersey.
The Pantano family recently took in two rescue puppies from a litter in Charlotte. But, a national rescue group out of New Jersey claims the puppies were signed over to them and the Pantanos are not adequate candidates for full-time adoption.
“The facts of the case are simple, Puppies need to be rescued and my family stepped up. Now an animal rescue group in New Jersey is trying to deny these pets to my children because of who their father is. We were simply going to adopt the animals, but when liberal activists in New Jersey found out who I was, my politics made me a target. Instead of listening to more of her harassing and threatening phone calls, we decided to purchase the puppies outright from their lawful owner. Why
is this harassment and nonsense continuing? Because I am a conservative Christian Republican Marine who hunts, I have been targeted by animal activists that have called my wife and I terrible names and curses, which we have on a recorded voice mail. This activist has literally threatened to ‘smear my family’s good name all over the Internet.’ Sadly, this isn’t about the puppies we bought for my children, this is about the politics of personal destruction. Please pray for my family as we endure yet another round of slings and arrows from folks 600 miles away from Wilmington that seem intent on harassing my family and hurting my children and our good name,” Ilario Pantano said in an emailed statement. “I didn’t know that you had to be a Democrat to adopt a puppy. “
Jacquie Yorke from the Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. tells WECT.com she has reached out to the Pantanos to get the animals, but “they’re refusing to hand them over to us.” Pantano tells WECT.com his family has received threatening voicemail messages from Yorke and had visits from local law enforcement because of this situation Pantano announced earlier this year that he intends to run for the 7th Congressional District seat currently held by Congressman Mike McIntyre (D).
Now….why would a dog rescue group threaten and harass a family that lives 600 miles away….and who have helped out these puppies by adopting them? It’s insane.
Jacquie Yorke is the Director of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. which is located in New Jersey (her profile page on their website http://doodlerescuecollectiveinc.org/profile/JacquieYorke ). If she isn’t harassing and threatening the Pantano’s for political reasons ( which I suspect she is) then the only other thing I can think of is that she had already sold the dogs before actually getting them and the breeder decided to go ahead and let the Pantano’s adopt them.
I think it’s appalling that Yorke would harass a family she doesn’t even know. Crazy Crazy Crazy

Statement to False Allegations / When Rescue Goes Bad

HERE’S MY STATEMENT:
“Lynne Fowler” statement
What can I say, I won’t go back and forth with people like this. Ms. Goldberg adopted 2 dogs to me 4 years ago, plus I fostered a dog she gave to our rescue last year with a broken leg. I, not the DRC, took out a $4000 Care Credit Account, on my personal credit rating to pay for her corrective surgery.
Since, I have gotten into doing my own rescue. I have been fostering and adopting for a year and a half. I have saved, transported and found homes for Southern Kill-Shelter dogs.
I was a founding partner of the Doodle Rescue Collective. I have a home, a family, I am a teacher and a mother. I own my home and am financially secure. My rescue, Oodles of Doodles, Inc., is registered with the state of NJ, I have a Petfinder, NJ656 and a website, http://rescuecollective.com/, with over 1500 members. Her slander is nothing more than being pissed because I didn’t roll over and play dead when she changed her mind.
Ms. Goldberg agreed to help with a sick 14 month old puppy mill dog I was contacted about. The dog that was dropped off at my home without any papers is 3 months old. He has been with me for 2 weeks and is not sick. He was seen by a vet and has not thrown up AT ALL since I took him off corn based food and started him on Premium Kibble and Homecooking. He is only crated at night and when I am not home. When I am home, he is learning house manners and playing with my dogs. He is far from being mistreated as reported.
In a phone conversation 2 days after he arrived, Ms. Goldberg and I discussed my listing him on my PF and my taking him to my vet. We discussed being careful about the Christmas Puppy thing. She knew all. Five days later, she decided she wanted him back. She says there was no verbal agreement, there was.
In trying to see where this all is coming from, I see my ex-partner, Jacquie Yorke’s footprints all over it. When I RESIGNED (was not booted out as reported) from The Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc., she got the 501c3, I got the website, which I paid for. She has made vicious claims and slander against me for seven months, since. I won’t play the slander game with her or anyone.
I had always thought Jodi Goldberg to be a respected and respectable rescuer and person. Whether she has been influenced by my ex-partner or not, I don’t know. But her behavior is far from respectable and I don’t argue with irrational people or get caught up in the drama that sometimes comes across Facebook. She has made threats against me, my personal dogs and certainly my character but frankly, it says more about her character, than mine.
I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to make a statement before Black Listing me without evidence or fact, as these people have done. I try to do the right thing in all aspects of my life and these kinds of people, their negativity and their superiority, have been pointed out by many people and many rescues, over the past seven months.
Look at my website, look at my friends list, look at my wall, photo’s and notes. The only slander, negativity, hurtful comments, the only begging for money, the only lies will be by The Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc.’s Directors and now her friend, Jodi Goldberg and her friends. You will not see any of it put out by me or my friends. I believe I am respected in my rescue, my career and my life and won’t sully that by unfounded lies or hateful slander.
This is the only statement that will be made on the false allegations. Thank you.

Lynne, the story of these people who attempt to defame you and others has so many chapters…and is, indeed, their own work of fiction. As you know, I seldom come to fb but I do so now to let you know this has also been done to me…and others.

Lynne
From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Judy. And I might even say Thank you to the scores of people who have written me in the past few days over this new threat and over the past seven months over the DRC’s constant lies and slander.

Black List -
Lynne – thank you for your very interesting statement. Don’t worry – we don’t black list someone “out of the blue”! I will come back to you if I have further questions – I hope that is ok!

Lynne
Thank you. I am always available to answer any legitimate questions and cannot tell you how appreciative I am that you do not BL “out of the blue” or judge someone based on one group’s misdirected vendetta. I regret that anyone was dragged into this unfortunate incident. I did not start rescuing to cause animosity but to save dogs. That there are people who are out there like that makes me sadder than you can know.

JL -
Lynne, do not be drawn into Black List. You are being harassed and stalked. Let those who know your work support you. They are clever and coniving people, with just enough brains to be dangerous, do not stoop to their level and be drawn into their mean spirited dialogue. Let them continue to post to your comments and let the truth be seen in all its gorry ways across facebook. Let them trip themselves up, again.
December 9 at 2:01pm
Lynne
They have and are. I placed my statement and am now done with it. BL was one of the pages Ms. Goldberg posted her lies. At least I was asked my side by BL and not accused without proof as ATPAR and DRC have done.
December 9 at 2:03pm
S - I am happy to see the approach Black List took as it shows some professionalism, integrity, and tact. I do hope that all the other people involved in rescue and/or animal interest groups consider a similar approach. It has been my experience that Lynne has always been willing to answer questions; she just prefers that it be done with professionalism and tact, and not air “dirty laundry” or “mud-sling” in public. Lynne, if I have mispoken, please correct me. I am here to support
(not put words in your mouth).
Lynne
Perfect, as always.
Thank you, Z.

Lynne,
People who really know you will never believe those liars and false accusations against you. I know you long enough too to believe IN you and your integrity. Love you very much GF!

We want to make something VERY clear here, we support Lynne Fowler 100%, in the beginning when we were just getting to know Lynne, Jacquie Yorke went out of her way to contact us on numerous occasions to "WARN" us about Lynne. It was during those calls that we realized we were dealing with a psycho path who had nothing but time and tall tales on her hands.
We are going on knowing Ms. Lynne for a 3 and a half years now and have never wavered our support for her and what she is doing to save these amazing dogs.
You can easily also look up who owns a registered URL:

Below is a copy of the letter DRC is now sending to Lynne’s rescue contacts and shelters she works with. This is just the latest example of what has been going on for almost two

Hi K—–,
I hope your remember me from working with me last year with Sir Squeaks Alot aka Milo.

Do yawl remember this?
